Before November, we plot every contracted property onto geographically optimized routes. Properties are grouped by neighbourhood to minimize drive time and maximize the number of clients we can serve efficiently in a single storm event.
Once your property is assigned to a route, your position on that route stays consistent. You'll get cleared at roughly the same time each storm. No surprises, no waiting to find out if you're "on the list" — you're always on the list.
Each route is handled by the same driver throughout the season. They know your property, your access points, where to stack snow, and what you expect. Continuity is part of what makes our service reliable — same driver, same standard, every time.
